摘　　要：ISO26000《社会责任指南》作为一项自愿性指南,旨在为各种类型的组织提供社会责任参考,该标准的可持续发展理念、利益相关方视角等内涵与国家综合档案馆社会责任的认知与实践具有一定的耦合性。基于ISO26000第五章“认识社会责任和利益相关方参与”,探析国家综合档案馆的组织影响范围、影响力及社会的期望,以此为理念基础进一步识别国家综合档案馆的利益相关方及其参与愿景,强调以社会期望为优先考虑,处理好组织、社会、利益相关方三者之间的关系,以期为国家综合档案馆确立社会责任主题与议题,并将责任融入组织活动夯实理论基础。As a voluntary guide,ISO26000 Guidance on Social Responsibility aims to provide social responsibility reference for various types of organizations.The connotations of the standard,such as the concept of sustainable development and the perspective of stakeholders,has a certain coupling with the cognition and practice of social responsibility of the National General Archives.Based on the fifth chapter of ISO26000"understanding social responsibility and stakeholder participation",this paper explores the organizational scope of influence,impact and social expectations of National General Archives.Based on this concept,it further identifies the stakeholders of the National General Archives and their participation vision,stresses that the relationship among the organization,society and stakeholders should be handled properly with an emphasis on social expectations as the priority.It is expected to establish the theme and topic of social responsibility for National General Archives,and consolidate the theoretical foundation of integrating responsibility into organizational activities.
