摘　　要：在国家文化数字化战略背景下,数字档案文化资源建设迎来了新的发展契机。但就档案馆的角度而言,数字档案文化资源建设存在数字档案文化资源细粒度不足、数字档案文化资源关联不足、档案文化数字服务创新性不足、档案文化数字产品生产力不足等问题。着眼于国家战略的一系列任务和措施,文章提出档案馆数字档案文化建设的逻辑进路,即文化资源数据化、文化数据关联化、数字服务多元化和数字产品资产化。档案馆应主动抓住机遇,促进档案资源在更大范围内发挥其文化价值。The national cultural digitalization strategy has brought new development opportunities for the development of cultural resources in digital archives.From the perspective of public archives,this paper pointed out the problems in the development of digital archives culture under this background,such as deficiencies in the granularity of digital archives cultural resources,the degree of data correlation,the innovation of digital services and the productivity of digital products.Focusing on a series of tasks and measures of the national strategy,the paper proposes a logical approach to the development of digital archive culture of archives,such as the digitalization of cultural resources,the association of cultural data,the diversification of digital cultural services and the commercialization of digital cultural products.Public archives should seize the opportunities and promote the cultural value of archival resources in a wider range.
