基于扎根理论的少数民族档案文献遗产保护制约因素研究

摘　　要：文章采用扎根理论研究方法,与档案文献遗产保护工作者开展半结构化访谈,通过三级编码逐步提炼范畴、主范畴与核心范畴,构建出包含保护主体限制、保护客体限制、自然环境影响、社会环境影响、保护管理问题、保护技术限制的我国少数民族档案文献遗产保护制约因素扎根模型,并从主体、客体、环境、管理、技术等五个层面提出提升少数民族档案文献遗产保护成效的建议,旨在探究我国少数民族档案文献遗产保护制约因素,为提升保护成效提供建议。To explore the restrictive factors to the preservation of archives and documentary heritage of ethnic groups in China,semistructured interviews have been conducted for preservation practitioners based on the grounded theory,a model of the restrictive factors to the preservation of archives and documentary heritage of ethnic groups in China is constructed by gradually refining the categories,main categories and core categories through coding.It presents that the limitation of preservation subjects,preservation objects,natural environment,social environment,preservation management issues and preservation technology are the restrictive factors to the preservation of archives and documentary heritage of ethnic groups in China.The suggestions at the subject,object,environment,management and technical level are made to improve and enhance the preservation of archives and documentary heritage of ethnic groups in China.This study aims to conduct research on the restrictive factors to the preservation of archives and documentary heritage of ethnic groups in China,so as to further offer suggestions for improving the preservation effect.
