档案宏观职能鉴定理论中的公民观阐释

摘　　要：档案宏观职能鉴定理论对公民这一角色投入了相比之前鉴定理论更多的关注,体现了一定的公民观。它重视公民角色、认同公民身份、关注公民权利,主动向社会层面靠近,以体现档案的社会价值。通过分析宏观职能鉴定理论中的公民观内涵、公民互动方式、公民观应用的价值对理论中蕴含的公民观进行阐释,说明这种公民观的运用有利于保护边缘群体利益、全面构建社会记忆、实现档案治理的目的。Archival macro-functional appraisal theory devotes more attention to the role of the citizens than previous appraisal theories,reflecting a certain view of citizenship.It attaches importance to the role of citizens,identifies with citizenship,pays attention to civil rights,and takes the initiative to approach the social level in order to reflect the social value of archives.By analyzing the connotation of citizenship,the ways of civic interaction,and the value of the application of citizenship in macro-functional appraisal theory,the concept of citizenship embedded in the theory is explained.We show that the application of this concept of citizenship is conducive to protecting the interests of marginalized groups,comprehensively constructing social memory,and achieving the purpose of archival governance.
