摘  要:在国家到地方大力提倡智能化、智慧化工厂建设的大背景下,煤化工企业针对当前面临的物流管理现状,亟待寻求一种新的管理方式解决物流管理中遇到的一系列问题。本文以传统称重技术改进为研究切入点,围绕称重管理软件、红外线防作弊报警技术、视频抓拍和监控技术、语音提示技术、电子档杆技术、网络管理技术等关键技术问题,通过技术创新和科技攻关,实现无人过磅的技术集成创新,以拜城县众泰煤焦化有限公司为工业示范基地,建立一套性能优越,功能完备的无人值守系统。重点探讨了无人值守系统在煤化工企业生产中的应用,并结合实际应用中出现的问题,提出一些改进方法,对无人值守系统在煤化工行业中的推广应用具有一定的借鉴意义。Under the background of the construction of intelligent and intelligent chemical plants vigorously advocated by the state and local governments,it is urgent for coal chemical enterprises to seek a new management mode to solve a series of problems in logistics management in view of the current situation of logistics management.Based on the research of the traditional weighing technology improvement,around,infrared anti-cheating weighing management software alarm technology,video capture and monitoring technology,voice technology,the technology of electronic gear lever,key technical problems such as network management technology,through technical innovation and scientific and technological research,an unmanned weighing technology integration innovation,And baicheng Zhongtai coal Coking Co.,Ltd.as an industrial demonstration base,to establish a set of superior performance,complete function of the unattended system.This paper mainly discusses the application of unattended system in coal chemical industry,and puts forward some improvement methods according to the problems in practical application,which has certain reference significance for the popularization and application of unattended system in coal chemical industry.
