摘  要:石油化工与煤化工行业作为国家重要产业,智能工厂的建设已成为发展的新趋势。借助开放的、全球化的工业级云平台,把设备、生产线、工厂、供应商、产品和客户紧密地连接和融合起来,高效共享工业经济中的各种要素资源,从而通过自动化、智能化的生产方式降低成本、增加效率,帮助制造业延长产业链,推动制造业转型发展。本文所述系统在自动化测控的支持下,利用云计算、工业大数据、工业物联网等新技术,通过对数据的记忆、优化、计算,使控制系统能够根据各个变量的变化,自主进行调节控制,使生产过程处于自适应状态,尽最大可能减少人员操作干预,达到生产稳顺,能耗低。Petrochemical Industry and coal chemical industry are important industries in China.The construction of intelligent factory has become an important new trend.Equipment,production lines,factories,suppliers,products and customers are closely connected and integrated through an open and global industrial cloud platform to efficiently share various element resources in the industrial economy,so as to reduce costs and increase efficiency through automated and intelligent production methods,help the manufacturing industry extend the industrial chain and promote the transformation and development of the manufacturing industry.With the support of automatic measurement and control,the system described in this paper uses new technologies such as cloud computing,industrial big data and industrial Internet of things to enable the control system to adjust and control independently according to the changes of various variables through data memory,optimization and calculation,so as to make the production process in an adaptive state and minimize personnel operation intervention,so as to achieve stable and smooth production and low energy consumption.
