摘 要:为了降低液动三片式矿浆阀密封体的加工成本,运用ANSYS Workbench有限元分析软件,对密封体进行了静力结构分析,得到密封体的应力、应变分布图,提出了密封体的轻量化设计方案。以密封体的厚度、加强筋的厚度和加强筋的高度为设计变量,以密封体整体结构的总质量为设计目标,对密封体进行了轻量化改进设计。该设计在保证密封体强度的基础上,使密封体的整体结构减重9.51%,达到了轻量化设计的目的,为密封体结构改进提供了依据。In order to reduce the processing cost of the sealing body of the hydraulic three-piece slurry valve, the static structure of the sealing body was analyzed by using the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench, the stress and strain distribution diagram of the seal body was obtained, and the lightweight design scheme of the sealing body was proposed. Taking the thickness of the sealing body, the thickness of the stiffener and the height of the stiffener as the design variables, and taking the total mass of the overall structure of the sealing body as the design goal, the lightweight improvement design of the sealing body was carried out. On the basis of ensuring the strength of the sealing body, the design reduces the overall structure of the sealing body by 9.51%, achieves the purpose of lightweight design, and provides a basis for the improvement of the sealing body structure.
