摘　　要：将BIM技术融合到建筑工程招投标过程中,对建设工程项目成本进行有效管控,提高企业招投标的可靠性,实现工程全过程技术与商务公开透明管理;依据BIM模型对工程量实时数据提取,精确获得建筑项目投标预算报价及工程量,在招投标过程中做出科学决策;将BIM技术与招投标成本预测相结合,使建筑工程全生命周期管理过程有据可依,促进BIM技术在建筑工程项目全过程中的应用。The integration of BIM Technology into the bidding process of construction projects can effectively control the cost of construction projects,improve the reliability of enterprise bidding,and realize the open and transparent management of technology and business in the whole process of construction projects;The real-time data of quantities can be extracted based on the BIM model,which can accurately obtain the bidding budget and quotation of construction projects,and make scientific decisions for enterprises in the bidding process;The combination of BIM Technology and bidding cost prediction will bring greater profit space to enterprises,provide evidence for the whole life cycle management process of construction projects,and finally promote the application of BIM Technology in the whole process of construction projects.
