静脉输液附加装置精细化流程管理在基层医院ICU中的应用

摘　　要：目的对基层医院ICU二级库房低值耗材静脉输液附加装置基数进行精细化流程管理,以规范护士静脉治疗护理行为,旨在提高静脉输液护理质量。方法选取北京平谷区医院2019年4—10月ICU二级库房输液附加装置使用情况以及人员更换输液附加装置实际情况,将ICU二级库房2019年4—6月盘点低值耗材静脉输液附加装置基数常规清点设为对照组,将2019年8—10月进行精细化流程管理盘点低值耗材静脉输液附加装置基数设为观察组。比较两组清点胀库、亏库情况,分析护士更换静脉输液附加装置的依从性。结果观察组三通胀库率和一次性泵管胀库率低于对照组,护士对使用更换静脉输液附加装置的依从性高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论ICU二级库房低值耗材静脉输液附加装置基数进行精细化流程管理可有效降低材料胀库率,并规范临床护士执行行业标准自律行为,提高静脉输液护理质量,从而保证医疗护理安全。Objective To carry out refined management process in the base number of low value consumables intravenous infusion attachment devices in the secondary warehouse of Intensive Care Unit(ICU)in the grassroots hospital,standardize the nursing behavior of nurses in intravenous therapy,so as to improve the quality of intravenous infusion nursing.Methods We retrospected the usage of intravenous infusion attachment devices in the secondary warehouse and the actual situation of personnel replacing intravenous infusion attachment devices of ICU of Beijing Pinggu Hospital from April to October 2019.The routine counting of the base number of low value consumables intravenous infusion attachment devices in the ICU secondary warehouse from April to June 2019 was set as the control group.The counting of the base number of low value consumables intravenous infusion attachment devices using refined management process from August to October 2019 was set as the observation group.The situation of inventory expansion and shortage of the two groups was compared,and the compliance of nurses to replace intravenous infusion attachment devices was analyzed.Results The tee tube expansion rate and one-time pump tube expansion rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the compliance of nurses to use the replacement of intravenous infusion attachment device was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The refined management processin the base number of low value consumables intravenous infusion attachment devices in the ICU secondary warehouse can effectively reduce the rate of material expansion,standardize the self-discipline behavior of clinical nurses in implementing industry standards,improve the quality of intravenous infusion nursing,and thus ensure the safety of medical care.
