摘  要:综合考虑包括汤姆逊效应在内的热电材料内部效应,采用制冷率密度分析方法,建立了热电制冷器在绝热表面空间内和非绝热表面空间内的计算模型。通过分析制冷率、冷热端温度、冷热端点温差等关键参数的瞬态变化对热电制冷器性能的影响,得到了制冷空间温度、制冷系数、输入功率等性能参数随时间的变化规律。分别改变工作电流和模块数量,对比分析了两种模型的最低制冷温度、降至目标温度耗时和制冷系数的变化,得到了密闭空间热电制冷器工作参数的瞬态变化规律与瞬态特性。Comprehensively considering the internal effects of thermoelectric materials including the Thomson effect Adopting the cooling rate density analysis method,the calculation model of the thermoelectric cooler in the thermal insulation space and the non-thermal insulation space are established.The variation trends of performance parameters such as cooling space temperature,coefficient of performance and input power with time are obtained by analyzing the effect of transient changes of key parameters such as cooling rate,hot and cold junction temperature,temperature difference of hot and cold junction on the performance of thermoelectric coolers.The transient variation law and transient characteristics of the working parameters of the confined space thermoelectric cooler are obtained by comparatively analyzing the variation of the minimum cooling temperature,the time taken to drop to the target temperature and coefficient of performance of two models under different working current and number of modules respectively.
