摘　　要：立足中国山水人文规划传统的继承与创新,结合当下城乡规划建设“望山见水记乡愁”的实践需求,探索融合利用山景资源构建聚落特色空间格局的本土规划经验。通过遴选关中地区典型城乡案例,运用多源文本与空间比对互证法,挖掘和解析经典聚落山水人文空间格局历史形态,总结本土规划的山水关联融合智慧,提炼历史实践在山景发掘识别、山景呼应设计、山景体验强化等关键环节的方法与准则,诠释其中蕴含的在地“四望”与“寻胜”、朝对山景的聚落轴线骨架定向、关联山景的城市标志建筑营建、强化内外关联性秩序的在地体验等技术要点,构建融合山景、塑造聚落特色格局风貌的本土规划经验体系,进而从落实城乡历史文化保护传承新要求、指引城乡人地景观良性发展的角度,探讨本土规划经验的现代价值与传承途径。The study, based on the inheritance and innovation of Chinese landscape and cultural planning tradition,combined with the practical needs that "looking mountain,seeing river, memorizing hometown" in current urban and rural planning and construction, explores the indigenous planning experience of integrating and utilizing mountain scenery resources to construct the spatial pattern of settlement characteristics. The writer selects typical urban and rural cases in Guanzhong area,uses the method of "multi-source text and spatial comparison and mutual verification", excavates and analyzes the historical form of landscape and cultural spatial patterns from the classic settlements,summarizes the wisdom of landscape integration in indigenous planning, refines the methods and criteria of historical practice in key links from mountain scenery exploration and identification,mountain scenery coordination design, and mountain scenery experience enhancement, explains the technical points contained such as "looking around" and "seeking Scenery", the orientation of the axis skeleton of the settlement toward the mountain scenery, the construction of urban landmark buildings related to the mountain scenery, and the field experience of strengthening the order of internal and external relevance, and builds an indigenous planning experience system integrating mountain scenery and shaping the characteristic pattern and features of settlements. Furthermore, the study discusses the modern value and inheritance of indigenous planning experience from the perspective of implementing the new requirements of urban and rural historical and cultural protection and inheritance and guiding the benign development of urban and rural human land landscape.
