摘  要:驱动轮是隧道掘进机主机连续移位装置的核心组件。根据装置承载台架和所选用的驱动马达的结构与外形尺寸确定整个驱动轮的结构与外形尺寸,驱动轮对称布局于台架左右两外侧的弧形横梁下部,依靠具有90 mm行程的加压油缸给钢轮垂直加压,使所有驱动轮对地产生相同的稳定压力,从而使轮胎与水泥地面产生的摩擦力即驱动力也可靠与稳定,且能适应不平度为±45 mm的地面;主支架上端套入固定的加压油缸缸筒外圆柱面,可上下导向滑动和90°转动。对样机进行了200 kN耐压试验和对地摩擦性能试验,试验表明,驱动轮能承受200 kN的载荷,对地摩擦系数大于0.4;实际应用表明,每个驱动轮在加压150 kN时可产生约75 kN的摩擦(驱动)力,使用效果达到设计要求。The drive wheel is the core component of the continuous shifting device of the tunnel boring machine host.The structure and dimensions of the entire drive wheel are determined according to the structure and dimensions of the load-bearing platform and the selected drive motor.The drive wheels are symmetrically arranged at the lower part of the arc-shaped beams on the left and right sides of the platform,and their steel wheels are vertically pressurized by respective upper cylinder with a stroke of 90 mm so that all drive ones produce the same stable pressure to the ground,thereby,make the generated friction force from the tires vs the concrete floor,i.e.the driving force,also reliable and stable,and can adapt to the ground with an unevenness of±45 mm.The upper end of the main bracket is sleeved into the outer cylindrical surface of a fixed pressurizing cylinder,which can be guided up and down to slide and rotate by 90°.A 200 kN pressure test and a ground friction performance test are carried out on the prototype.The test shows that the drive wheel can withstand a load of 200 kN,and the ground friction coefficient is greater than 0.4.The actual application shows that each drive wheel can generate about 75 kN friction(driving)force when the pressure is 150 kN and the use effect meets the design requirements.
