摘 要:无砟轨道具有可维护性好、几何形位保持能力强、轨道平顺性高等特点,因此对轨道工程的施工和铺设提出了更高的要求,成为铁路建设的核心和关键。其中,轨道板的精调铺设是板式无砟轨道的重要工序之一,直接关系到最终的轨道几何形位状态以及平顺程度。高质量、高精度的轨道板精调可以有效降低长钢轨铺设精调过程中的非标准扣件的使用率,从而对控制施工成本、节约建设工期具有重要意义。为了更高质量、更高效率地完成轨道板精调作业,开发了轨道板无线智能精调软件,通过打通与全站仪的数字化接口,建立与信息化管控平台间的信息化接口,实现无线远程控制全站仪完成轨道板精调测量,实时反馈轨道板的三维姿态,并智能化计算轨道板调整量,最终完成数据的实时上传。本软件的应用对提升轨道板精调效率、保证无砟轨道几何形位具有良好的作用。Ballastless track has the characteristics of good maintainability, strong geometric shape and position keeping ability, high track smoothness, so it puts forward higher requirements for the construction and laying of track engineering, and becomes the core and key of railway construction. Among them, the fine-adjustment and laying of track slab is one of the important processes of slab ballastless track, which is directly related to the final track geometry and smoothness. High quality and high-precision track slab fine adjustment can effectively reduce the utilization rate of non-standard fasteners in the process of long rail laying fine adjustment, which is of great significance to control the construction cost and save the construction period. In order to complete the fine-adjustment of the track slab with higher quality and higher efficiency, the wireless intelligent fine-adjustment software of the track slab is developed. Through the digital interface with the total station, the information interface with the information management and control platform is established to realize the wireless remote control of the total station to complete the fine adjustment measurement of the track slab, feed back the three-dimensional posture of the track slab in real time, and intelligently calculate the adjustment amount of the track slab. Finally, the real-time data upload is completed. The application of this software has a good effect on improving the fine adjustment efficiency of track slab and ensuring the geometric shape and position of ballastless track.
