摘  要:以高速公路菏宝线控制性节点工程临猗黄河大桥为工程背景,因线路穿越2个国家级水产种质资源保护区、2个省级湿地自然保护区,设计方案为高墩大跨长联结构特点的连续钢箱组合梁桥,采用大跨度整幅桥核心箱梁多点同步步履式顶推施工方案从山西、陕西两岸拼装平台对向顶推。鉴于该桥在技术和材料上创“连续顶推长度、最大顶推长度、单桥耐候钢使用量、顶推同步控制千斤顶数量”四项记录,建立连续钢箱梁顶推空间模型进行全过程分析,重点研究钢箱梁、顶推平台和导梁的受力特性,提取关键信息进行拼装平台和导梁等结构设计,优化施工方案可为同类型桥梁施工参考。Taking the Linyi Yellow River Bridge,a controlled joint project of the Heze-Baoji Expressway,as the background of the project,the line passes through two national aquatic germplasm resources reserves and two provincial wetland nature reserves,the design scheme is a continuous steel composite box girder bridge with high pier and long span structure.The construction scheme of multi-point synchronous walking pushing of the core box of the long-span bridge is adopted,which is pushed from the assembled platform of the two sides of Shanxi and Shaanxi.In view of the four records that the bridge has set on technology and materials:“continuous pushing length,maximum pushing length,single bridge weathering steel usage,and pushing synchronous control jack number”,the paper establishes a pushing space model of the continuous steel box girder for the whole process analysis,focuses on the stress characteristics of the steel box girder,pushing platform and guide beam,extracts the key information for the structural design of pushing platform and guide beam.The optimized construction scheme can be served as a reference for the construction of the same type of bridges.
