摘　　要：澳氹第四条跨海大桥主桥桥型为双联三跨钢桁+钢箱形式连续梁桥。钢梁安装方案为钢梁在工厂分段制造,船运桥位安装,先安装边跨,再安装中跨。边跨钢梁中间箱桁部分与两侧悬臂翼缘分开安装,边跨中间箱桁部分从过渡墩向主墩方向分4个大节段采用2200 t浮吊吊装,中跨钢梁采用2×500 t桥面架梁吊机从主墩向跨中逐节段全断面安装,跨中合龙。依托有限元软件建立了主桥力学模型,全面分析钢梁安装过程中的应力和线形控制,论述主桥边跨和中跨钢梁安装的关键技术。监控方案提出了应力和几何线形为主的监控计划和布置图,为在建的澳氹四桥工程提供技术支持。The structure of the Macao-Taipa fourth bridge is a continuous girder bridge composed of steel truss and steel box with double three spans.The steel beam was manufactured by stages in the factory,transferred to the bridge location and installed.The side span was installed before the midspan was installed.The middle box girder of the side span was installed separately from the cantilever flange on both sides,and divided into four large sections from the transition pier to the main pier,easy to be hoisted by 2200 t floating crane and installed.The middle span steel beam was installed from the main pier to the middle span,section by section,by 2×500 t bridge deck girder crane,and then joined.Based on the finite element software,the mechanical model of the main bridge will be established,the stress and alignment control during the installation process of the steel beam will be comprehensively analyzed,and the key technologies of the installation of the edge span and middle span steel beam of the main bridge will be discussed.The monitoring scheme will propose the monitoring plan and layout based on stress and geometric line shape,which can provide technical support for the construction of Macao-Taipa fourth bridge.
