摘 要:城市更新过程中新建线路下穿既有运营线的情况越来越常见,由于施工条件限制和地质条件复杂性,新建线路下穿施工的难度和风险很大。以西安市经九路-陇海铁路立交工程为背景,针对超大断面箱涵下穿铁路既有轨道时箱涵整体力学性态不明确的问题,考虑箱涵顶进施工中工况转换的复杂性,采用有限元分析方法系统研究箱涵顶进施工过程关键节点箱涵的整体受力情况,明确超大断面箱涵在施工过程中的力学性态演化规律,针对不同的施工阶段提出相应的施工建议。研究结果有效指导了现场施工,也可为相似的工程提供参考。In the process of urban renewal,it is more and more common for new lines to cross the existing operating lines.Due to the limitation of construction conditions and the complexity of geological conditions,the construction of new lines is very difficult and risky.Based on the interchange project of Jingjiu Road-Longhai Railway in Xi’an,this paper aims at the problem that the overall mechanical behavior of the box culvert is not clear when the super-large section box culvert crosses the existing railway track.Considering the complexity of the working condition conversion in the jacking construction of the box culvert,the finite element analysis method is used to systematically study the overall stress of the box culvert at the key nodes during the jacking construction of the box culvert.The evolution law of the mechanical behavior of the super-large section box culvert during the construction process is clarified,and the corresponding construction suggestions are put forward for different construction stages.The research results effectively guide the site construction and can also provide reference for similar projects.
