摘　　要：公立医院行风建设关乎经济社会的健康发展,有助于维护人民群众的基本健康权益,对于推动医院高质量发展起着决定性作用。加强公立医院行风建设,其实施路径需要立足底层逻辑和顶层设计进行系统谋划,从责任体系、管理机制、风险防控、廉洁教育、重点整治、“智慧监管”等方面打造风清气正的医院氛围。The moral construction in public hospitals is not only related to the healthy development of economy and society, but also conducive to safeguarding the basic health rights and interests of the people. Moreover, it plays a decisive role in promoting the high-quality development of hospitals. Therefore, we need to plan the path for the moral construction by way of systematically carrying out a logic and top-level design so as to build a clean and upright hospital culture from the perspectives of responsibility system, management mechanism, risk prevention and control, honesty education, rectification of key points, and online supervision.
