摘　　要：医疗设备是医疗机构开展临床学科建设和科研教学工作的基本要素和必要的辅助工具,也是医院现代化建设程度的重要标志,其在临床诊断治疗和科学研究上的作用已日益重要且规模庞大,随之衍生的设备申购、审核、招标、监管等环节漏洞引发的廉政风险问题亦不容忽视。本文就当前医疗设备采购参数制定、审核把关、监管机制建设等方面的问题进行调研分析,对如何防控管理设备购置领域的廉政风险提出参考建议。Medical equipment is a basic element as well as a necessary auxiliary tool for medical institutions to carry out the clinical discipline construction and scientific research and teaching work. It also embodies hospital modernization of different degrees. Its role in clinical diagnosis and treatment and scientific research is increasingly important and its scale is large. Therefore, the integrity risks in the process of purchasing, auditing, bidding, supervision or other links cannot be ignored. This paper investigates and analyzes the problems of medical equipment purchasing in terms of the formulation of procurement parameters, examination and check, construction of supervision mechanism, etc., and puts forward suggestions on how to prevent and control the integrity risks in equipment purchasing.
