摘　　要：目的 研究原发性肾病综合征患儿出现糖皮质激素性白内障的临床特点。方法 选取2013年9月至2020年6月河北医科大学附属河北省儿童医院收治的38例原发性肾病综合征患儿作为研究对象,所有患儿均出现糖皮质激素性白内障,回顾性分析其临床资料。结果 38例患儿中,男28例,女10例,发病年龄为8(6,9)岁。仅出现糖皮质激素性白内障者27例,合并糖皮质激素性高眼压者8例,合并糖皮质激素性青光眼者1例,同时合并糖皮质激素性高眼压和糖皮质激素性青光眼者2例。糖皮质激素累积剂量为20 019.5(11 999.0,24 206.0)mg/m2,累积中位给药时间为1 085(550,1 651)d,日中位剂量为18.5(14.0,24.0)mg/m2。结论 有必要对原发性肾病综合征患儿进行眼科评估。Objective To study the clinical characteristics of glucocorticoid-induced cataract in children with primary nephrotic syndrome.Methods A total of 38 children with primary nephrotic syndrome admitted to Hebei Children’s Hospital Affiliated to Hebei Medical University from September 2013 to June 2020 were selected as the research subjects.All children developed glucocorticoid cataract, and their clinical data were analyzed retrospectively.Results Among the 38 children, there were 28 boys and 10 girls, and the age of onset was 8(6,9) years old.There were 27 cases with only glucocorticoid-induced cataract, 8 cases with glucocorticoid-induced ocular hypertension, 1 case with glucocorticoid-induced glaucoma, and 2 cases with both glucocorticoid-induced ocular hypertension and glucocorticoid-induced glaucoma.The cumulative dose of glucocorticoids was 20 019.5(11 999.0,24 206.0) mg/m~2,the cumulative middel administration time was 1 085(550,1 651) d, and the middle daily dose was 18.5(14.0,24.0) mg/m~2.Conclusion Ophthalmic evaluation of children with primary nephrotic syndrome is necessary.
