摘 要:为了比较化学发光法(CLIA)和酶联免疫法(ELISA)在猪瘟病毒血清学检验中的价值,笔者采集郑州市部分规模化养殖场的219份猪血清,采用CLIA和ELISA法检验猪血清中猪瘟抗体水平,从结果一致性、操作简便性和检测成本3个方面进行比较和分析。结果表明,CLIA与ELISA在猪瘟病毒血清学检验中的应用效果相当,结果一致性高。CLIA检验操作更加简便,并且可以对猪瘟抗体水平定量分析;ELISA检验成本相对较低。检测机构可根据实际情况,选择恰当的检验方法。In order to compare the value of chemiluminescence(CLIA)and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)in the serological test of classical swine fever virus,219 pig sera from some large-scale farms in Zhengzhou were selected.The antibody level of classical swine fever in pig sera was tested by CLIA test and ELISA.The results were compared and analyzed from three aspects:consistency of results,simplicity of operation and detection cost.The results show that the application effect of CLIA and ELISA in the serological test of classical swine fever virus is equivalent,the consistency of the results is high,the operation of CLIA test is more simple,and the antibody level of classical swine fever can be quantitatively analyzed.The cost of ELISA test is relatively low,and the detection organization can choose the appropriate test method according to the actual situation.
