摘 要:通过探讨竞争力与数字化转型的相互关系,理清数字化转型的具体思路和方法,并建立了系统动力学模型;通过把各种资源数字化,进行资源配置的仿真实验,定量地研究了资源投入量对产出量的影响;以X品牌的产品开发流程为例,进行了数字化的仿真实验.研究表明,通过合理配置设计速率、原材料供应情况、企划量、样品量、单款订货量等资源,能够明显地优化产出量,从而为企业决策提供建议与参考.Digital transformation is the general trend of enterprise innovation and development.Through discussing the relationship between competitiveness and digital transformation, the specific ideas and methods of digital transformation was clarified, and a system dynamics model was built.Through the digitization of various resources, the simulation experiment of resource allocation was carried out to quantitatively study the impact of resource input on output.Finally, the product development process of the brand X was taken as an example to conduct a digital simulation experiment.The research showed that the reasonable allocation of resources such as design rate, raw material supply, planning volume, sample volume and single order quantity can significantly optimize output and provide suggestions and references for corporate decision-making.
