集约式校园综合体模式之再探究——北京电影学院怀柔新校区设计

摘　　要：通过对教学模式的深入调研,在北京电影学院怀柔校区的规划设计中提出集约式校园综合体模式。从使用模式、校城融和、文化认同、生态环境等方面提出“多集约,少分散;多开放,少封闭;多特色,少雷同;多自然,少人工”的设计策略。从功能集约、多级管理边界、海绵城市等维度,针对疫情和洪涝灾害构建“韧性校园”,并通过使用后评估进行验证及总结。Based on the investigation of the teaching mode,the intensive campus complex was proposed in the design of the Huairou Campus of Beijing Film Academy.The strategies of"more intensive,less scattered;more open,less closed;more characteristics,less similarities;more natural,less artificial"were put forward from the aspects of usage pattern,integration of school and city,cultural identity,ecological environment.Meanwhile,a"resilient campus"was built from dimensions such as intensive functions,multi-level management boundaries,and sponge city.At last,this model was verified and summarized through the post-use evaluation.
