摘　　要：从一定意义上而言,刑事辩护是国家法治文明进步的重要标志之一。近年来,我国加速推动了刑事案件审判阶段律师辩护全覆盖工作,并启动律师远程会见试点工作。在新冠肺炎疫情发生背景下,看守所等羁押场所为预防人员流动带来的疫情输入风险,采取了封闭式管理模式,暂停或减少了非必要人员的交流与活动。在疫情常态化防控推动下,为保障看守所被羁押人员的刑事辩护权利,非直接接触式的看守所远程律师会见模式得到迅速推广,也为看守所律师会见制度改革提供了契机。In a certain sense,criminal defense is one of the important signs of the progress of national legal civilization.In recent years,China has accelerated the full coverage of lawyers'defense in the trial stage of criminal cases,and launched the pilot project of lawyers'remote meeting.In the context of the outbreak of Neocoronal Pneumonia,detention centers and other places have adopted a closed management mode to prevent the risk of epidemic input brought by personnel mobility,and suspended or reduced the exchange activities of non essential personnel.Driven by the normalization of epidemic prevention and control,in order to protect the criminal defense rights of the detainees in the detention center,the indirect contact long-distance lawyer meeting mode in the detention center has been rapidly promoted,which also provides an opportunity for the reform of the lawyer meeting system in the detention center.
