公安监管场所封闭管理模式下民警心理状况研究--以新冠疫情常态化管理为例

摘　　要：近年来由于新冠肺炎疫情的影响,公安监所为降低输入性感染风险,坚决采取全封闭管理模式,对监所民警进行严格管理。但监所民警在承担疫情所带来的额外疫情防控工作任务的同时,还需要承受封闭式勤务所带来的工作与生活的巨大不便,长此以往容易产生一系列心理问题,不仅危害着民警的身心健康,还阻碍了监管工作的效率提升。本文针对疫情常态化时期公安监所的封闭式管理模式进行分析,讨论民警容易出现的心理问题及解决对策,并为公安监管场所出现的类似问题提供解决思路。In recent years,due to the impact of the new crown pneumonia epidemic,in order to reduce imported risks,public security prisons have resolutely adopted a fully closed management model to strictly control the prison police.However,in addition to the additional tasks of epidemic prevention and control brought about by the epidemic,the prison police also need to bear the huge inconvenience of work and life brought about by closed duties.In the long run,a series of psychological problems will easily arise,which not only endangers the police's health and safety.Physical and mental health also hinders the efficiency of supervision work.This article analyzes the closed management mode of public security prisons during the period of normalization of the epidemic,discusses the psychological problems that are prone to occur in policemen and their solutions,and provides solutions for similar problems in public security supervision places.
