羊茅属3份种质材料种子产量及主要构成因子分析

摘  要:为了明确干旱寒冷的北方地区羊茅属植物种子生产情况,试验采用不同年份和株行距进行浑善达克达乌里羊茅(Festuca dahurica‘Hunshandake’)、紫羊茅(F.rubra L.)和“梦神”紫羊茅(F.rubra L.‘Maxima’)(对照)的种植,对其种子产量及其主要构成因子进行了研究。结果表明:浑善达克达乌里羊茅生长第3a种子产量达到最高,紫羊茅生长第4 a或第5 a达到最高。从生产利用的角度分析,为保证收获更多的种子,浑善达克达乌里羊茅和紫羊茅宜以株行距20 cm×20 cm进行种植;在种质资源育种研究中,进行单株选育时,浑善达克达乌里羊茅宜以株行距30 cm×30 cm进行种植,紫羊茅宜以株行距40 cm×40 cm或50 cm×50 cm进行种植。说明浑善达克达乌里羊茅和紫羊茅生长2 a以后,可根据材料的不同选择不同的年份进行种子收获,同时根据利用目的的不同进行株行距的选择。In order to clarify the seed production of Festuca in arid and cold northern China,Festuca dahurica‘Hunshandake’,F.rubra L.and F.rubra L.‘maxima’(control)were planted in different years and row spacing,and the seed yield and its main components were studied.The results showed that the seed yield of Festuca dahurica‘Hunshandake’reached the highest in the third year of growth,and F.rubra L.reached the highest in the fourth or fifth year of growth.From the perspective of production and utilization,in order to ensure more seeds production,Festuca dahurica‘Hunshandake’and F.rubra L.should be planted at a row spacing of 20 cm×20 cm.When the single plant breeding was carried out in the germplasm resources breeding research,F.dahurica‘Hunshandake’should be planted in 30 cm×30 cm,while F.rubra should be planted in 40 cm×40 cm or 50 cm×50 cm.These results indicated that after two years of growth of F.dahurica‘Hunshandake’and F.rubra,seeds could be harvested in different years according to different materials,and plant and row spacing could be selected according to different utilization purposes.
