摘 要:以4种常见的禾本科牧草种质资源为试验材料,测定不同光照强度对4种禾本科牧草的出苗率、株高、基径、叶绿素a、叶绿素b和总叶绿素含量等6个指标的影响,并采用灰色关联度法进行了综合评价,分析4种牧草幼苗生长的适宜光照条件,以期能够为优质牧草品系的选育和繁殖提供理论依据。结果表明:随着光照强度的变化,4种禾本科牧草都表现出了不同的幼苗定居特征。其中,多数牧草种子的最高出苗率出现在中等光照和高光照条件下。牧草的主体形态特征(株高和基径)在不同的光照强度下,其变化趋势也有所差异。此外,4种禾本科牧草的光合色素含量在100%光照强度下均表现为最小值。运用灰色关联度法综合评价4种禾本科牧草在不同光照强度下的幼苗定居情况,表现为披碱草(Elymus dahuricus)和羊草(Leymus chinensis)在75%的光照强度下生长发育状态最好,而苇状羊茅(Festuca arundinacea Schreb)和鸭茅(Dactylis glomerata)则在50%光照强度下,其各项指标综合表现最优。Four common gramineous forage germplasm resources were taken as experimental materials, the effects of different light intensities on 6 indexes of germination rate, plant height, basal diameter, chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll content were measured, and the grey relational degree method was used for comprehensive evaluation. The suitable light conditions for the growth of 4 kinds of grass seedlings were analyzed in order to provide theoretical basis for the breeding and propagation of high quality grass strains. The results showed that with the change of light intensity, the 4 gramineous forages showed different seedling settlement characteristics. Among them, the highest emergence rates of most forage seeds appeared in medium light and high light conditions. The main morphological characteristics(plant height and basal diameter) of forages varied under different light intensities. In addition, the photosynthetic pigment contents of 4 grasses were the lowest under 100% light intensity. The seedling settlement of 4 grasses under different light intensities were: Elymus dahuricus and Leymus chinensis had the best growth and development status under 75% light intensity, while Festuca arundinacea Schreb and Dactylis glomerata had the best comprehensive performance under 50% light intensity.
