摘  要:航天器普遍采用差分式太阳敏感器进行太阳矢量及太阳角的确定。针对差分太敏在航天器在轨定姿应用中存在的问题,该文对根据电池片输出电流确定太阳矢量的方法进行了严密推导,分析了光阑厚度对电池片光生电流乃至对太阳矢量确定的影响;对太敏的视场进行了详尽分析,确定了太敏的有效视场,并针对太敏无效视场设计了对杂散光进行遮挡的遮光板。通过具体的仿真算例确定了太敏的有效视场尺寸(为标称视场的96%)及遮光板尺寸,并分析了光阑对太阳矢量确定精度的影响。相关分析为太阳敏感器的工程应用提供了指导。Sun sensors are employed by most spacecrafts to determine the Sun vector and the sun angle.Aiming at the problems existing in the application of differential sun sensor on spacecraft attitude determination,in this paper,the method of determining the solar vector according to the output currents of the solar cells was strictly deduced,and the influence of the diaphragm thickness on the photo-generated current of the cell and even on solar vector determination were analyzed. In addition,the field of view of sun sensor was analyzed in detail: the effective field of view of sun sensor was determined,and the shading plate used to block stray light was designed for the invalid field of view of sun sensor. Specific simulation examples were presented to determine the sun sensor’s effective field of view(96% of the nominal field of view) and the size of corresponding shading plate,and the influence of the diaphragm thickness on the determination accuracy of sun vector was analyzed. The relevant analysis provides guidance for the engineering application of sun sensors.
