摘　　要：疫情以来,世界经济的脆弱性在于,各国无法通过协调合作来应对共同的问题和挑战,从而无法推动世界经济循环恢复常态。放在更长的时间维度下,如果说20世纪80年代以后的调整塑造了世界经济的运行基础,推动了随后的经济全球化进程和世界经济的扩张;那么,近年来全球化进入下行期,非经济逻辑与零和竞争思维不断强化,则使得世界经济作为统一整体的运行基础受到严重削弱。Since the COVID-19 epidemic,the vulnerability of the world economy is that countries can't cooperate well to cope with.common problems and challenges.The adjustments since the 1980s have shaped the operating foundation of the world economy,promoting the expansion of economic globalization.In recent years,globalization has entered a downward period while the non-economic logic and the zero-sum competitive thoughts have been strengthened continuously,which has severely weakened the operating foundation of the world economy as a whole.This is not only the key reason why the world economy can't effectively cope with various exogenous shocks,but also the biggest challenge that countries have to face for a long period.
