摘  要:目的 研究中国骨科手术机器人发展现状,并对未来进行展望。方法 本研究从中国骨科手术机器人的发展入手,回顾20余年的发展历史,根据骨科手术机器人在脊柱、关节、创伤等不同骨科领域的应用,介绍发展现状,并根据骨科医疗对手术机器人的需求及行业发展特点及对未来进行展望。结果 骨科手术机器人作为新型高端医疗设备,可以协助医生准确、安全的完成手术。未来要继续提升骨科手术机器人的自动化程度,实现从功能辅助到相对自主,从而进一步提高临床应用效果。结论 骨科手术机器人可以超越医生的部分手术技能,实现良好的临床应用效果,未来将是医生和机器人深度合作解决患者疾患的新时代。Objective To discuss the development status of orthopaedic surgical robots in China and prospect the future.Methods This paper reviews the development history of orthopaedic surgical robots in China since the last 20 years, introduces the development status according to the application of orthopaedic surgical robots in different orthopaedic fields such as spine, joints and trauma, and prospects the future according to the requirements of orthopaedic surgery and also the development characteristics of the robotics industry.Results As a newly developed medical device, the orthopaedic surgical robot can assist doctors to complete the operation accurately and safely.It is necessary to make continuous improvement in the degree of automation of orthopaedic surgical robots in the future and achieve relative autonomy from functional assistance so as to improve their clinical application.Conclusion Orthopaedic surgical robots can surpass some of surgical skills of doctors and achieve better clinical results.The future will be a new era of in-depth cooperation between doctors and robots to treat patients’ diseases.
