摘 要:针对含有主、次梯形波纹结构特征的换热器板的等效材料性能和力学行为进行了理论建模和数值研究。首先,结合目前已有的两类波纹结构的等效方法和波纹型换热器板的结构和几何特征,推导了仅含主波纹的换热器板的等效参数预测公式。在此基础上,结合商用ANSYS软件平台,建立换热器波纹板波纹的力学实体仿真模型,通过比较不同几何尺寸和结构特征的波纹板的变形特征,讨论了两类预测公式的适用范围。在此基础上,给出了具有离轴特征的、含有主次波纹换热器板结构的等效薄板模型和刚度预测公式,讨论了主、次波纹结构以及离轴特征对于换热器板结构的材料性能的影响。In this paper,the effective material properties and mechanical behavior of heat exchanger plates with primary and secondary trapezoidal corrugated structure were theoretically modeled and numerically studied.First,we derived the two predicted formulae for effective material properties of heat exchanger plates with only primary corrugated structures combining the two existing equivalent approaches and the geometric dimensions of real heat exchanger corrugated plates.Then we investigated the accuracy and application range of the two predicted formulae by comparing the corrugated plate’s deformation using different predicted formulae and the simulation results given by a solid mimic model using the commercial ANSYS software.And then we derived a prediction formula for the heat exchanger plate structure with primary and secondary corrugations using the series model of composite structures.The influence of the secondary corrugations and off-axis characteristics on the effective properties of the heat exchanger corrugated plate structure are also discussed and displayed.
