摘 要:为研判中国城市群科技创新与经济高质量发展耦合协调空间演化特征,深究其内在影响因素,通过构建城市群科技创新与经济高质量发展评价指标体系,以中国19个城市群为研究对象,基于各城市群2010—2019年空间面板数据,运用熵权-TOPSIS法、地理加权回归模型等方法,深入研究城市群科技创新与经济高质量发展耦合协调特征及影响因素。结果表明:(1)各城市群科技创新与经济高质量发展水平有较强相互支撑作用,但科技创新发展的滞后,制约了科技创新对经济高质量发展支撑作用的进一步提高。(2)各城市群间科技创新与经济高质量发展耦合协调度差异显著,时序上发展较为平稳。(3)政策扶持、经济延续力、技术进步、教育水平和政府科技投资为影响耦合协调度的主要因素。In order to analyze the coupling and coordinating spatial evolution characteristics of scientific-technical innovation and high-quality economic development of China's urban agglomerations,and deeply investigate its internal influencing factors.This paper constructed an evaluation index system for scientific-technical innovation and high-quality economic development of urban agglomerations.Taking nineteen major urban agglomerations in China as the research objects,based on the spatial panel data of each urban agglomeration from 2010 to 2019,combing with entropy weight-TOPSIS method,geographical weighted regression model and other methods,this paper deeply analyzed the coupling and coordination characteristics and influencing factors between scientific-technical innovation and high-quality economic development of urban agglomerations.The results showed that:(1)Scientific-technical innovation and high-quality economic development degree of urban agglomerations had strong mutual support,but the lag in the development of scientific-technical innovation restricted the further improvement of the supporting role of scientific-technical innovation for high-quality economic development.(2)The coupling coordination between scientific-technical innovation and high-quality economic development in varied significantly and the development in time series was relatively stable.(3)Policy support,economic continuity,scientific-technical progress,education level,government investment in science,and technology were the main factors affecting the coupling and coordination.
