摘　　要：主要介绍了智慧焦化生产管理平台中的配煤炼焦、冷鼓、蒸氨、脱硫、硫铵、粗苯6个工段的数据形式、计算方法、故障判断等内容,以及该平台的使用方法。基于平衡计算建设的智慧焦化生产管理平台可实时采集数据,完成物料平衡、热平衡、水平衡的计算,分析并查找生产运行中的问题,可实现优化生产操作、节能减排等目标。This paper mainly introduces intelligent production management such as data form,calculation method and fault judgment for 6 units,i.e.coal blending&cokemaking,cooling and exhauster,ammonia stripping,desulfurization,ammonium sulphate production and crude benzol removal.Application method of the platform is also given.This intelligent production management platform based on balance calculation could realize real-time data collection to complete the calculation of material balance,heat balance and water balance,analyze the troubles in operation so as to achieve optimized production,energy conservation and emission reduction.
