摘　　要：介绍了一塔式负压脱苯工艺及配套智能控制系统的特点及应用效果。该工艺换热效率高,产生的废水少,循环洗油质量好且不易结渣,洗油消耗低,不存在尾气污染,且运行过程自动化程度高。通过对运行数据进行监测分析可知,该工艺运行稳定可靠,能耗低,经济效益高,自动化程度高,达到了清洁生产要求。The features of single-column negative pressure benzol removal process with customized intelligent control system are introduced,including its performance.This process is characterized with high efficiency of heat exchange,less waste water produced,good quality of circulating wash oil,free of residue,low wash oil consumption,no tail gas pollution,and high automation level during the entire operation.Through monitoring and analysis of operation data,it proved that the process is stable and reliable,with low energy consumption,high economic benefit,high automation level,which can meets the requirements of green production.
