摘  要:感应电机运行时,气隙中的基波及谐波磁场相互作用会产生切向和径向电磁力,前者主要形成驱动电机的电磁转矩,后者作用于定子铁心并传递至机壳产生振动噪声。从气隙磁密入手,基于Maxwell应力张量模型获得径向和切向激振力波,并通过对径向激振力波进行齿部积分获得定子齿边沿区域的受力分布特点,探究不同转子斜槽度对齿部电磁力的影响规律。实验结果表明,高的槽斜率能有效抑制径向激振力,降低定子齿部受力幅值,在一定程度上抑制电机振动,但会导致齿部切向受力增加。When the induction motor is running,the interaction between the fundamental wave and the harmonic magnetic field in the air gap will generate tangential and radial electromagnetic forces.The former mainly forms the electromagnetic torque of the driving motor,and the latter acts on the stator core and transmits it to the casing to generate vibration noise.Starting from the air-gap magnetic density,the radial and tangential excitation force waves are obtained based on the Maxwell stress tensor model,and the force distribution characteristics of the stator tooth edge area are obtained by integrating the radial excitation force waves.Influence law of rotor skewness on electromagnetic force of teeth.The experimental results show that the high slot slope can effectively suppress the radial excitation force,reduce the force amplitude of the stator teeth,and suppress the motor vibration to a certain extent,but it will lead to an increase in the tangential force of the teeth.
