摘 要:由于传统方法应用下配电系统的投资收益比较少,投资决策效果比较差,因此提出基于地理信息系统(Geographic Information System,GIS)信息的城市配电系统网格化动态投资策略。利用GIS信息对网格动态划分,以投资收益最大、线路损耗最小、配电系统重载率最小为目标建立目标函数,通过对配电系统运行和网架结构约束,求出最优投资策略。经实验证明,应用设计方法的投资收益比较高,具有良好的适用性和可行性。Due to the low investment income and poor investment decision-making effect of power distribution system under the application of traditional methods,this paper proposes to explore the grid dynamic investment strategy of urban power distribution system based on Geographic Information System(GIS)information.The GIS information is used to dynamically divide the grid,and the objective function is established to maximize the return on investment,minimize the line loss,and minimize the heavy load rate of the distribution system.The optimal investment strategy is obtained by constraining the operation of the distribution system and the grid structure.The experiment proves that the applied design method has high investment return and good applicability and feasibility.
