摘 要:为降低供电模式切换中配电网运行的损耗,开展含分布式新能源的城市配电网供电模式柔性切换方法设计。将无功控制方法引入到城市配电网运行补偿中,利用双向换流器,使用虚拟同步发电机主动控制电网的输电节点,实现针对电网本身的无功补偿;计算供电过程中信号发射节点与接收节点之间的距离,随机选择3个非同一平面内的锚点作为参照点,建立定位网,定位城市配电网供电中的异常温升点;通过对并网环流的控制,当两点环流电压处于无限接近的状态时,切换城市配电网的供电模式,实现对供电模式的柔性切换。以某试点城市为例,设计实例应用实验,实验结果证明,所提方法可以有效降低供电模式切换中的电能损耗,降低供电服务企业的经济损失。In order to reduce the loss of power distribution network operation during power supply mode switching,a flexible switching method of power supply mode of urban distribution network including distributed new energy was designed.The reactive power control method is introduced into the operation compensation of urban distribution network,the bidirectional converter is used,and the virtual synchronous generator is used to actively control the transmission nodes of the grid,and the reactive power compensation is realized for the grid itself.The distance between signal transmitting nodes and receiving nodes in the power supply process is calculated,and three anchor points in different planes are randomly selected as reference points to establish a positioning network and locate abnormal temperature rise points in the power supply of urban distribution network.By controlling the grid-connected circulation,the power supply mode of the urban distribution network can be switched when the two point circulation voltage is in a state of infinite proximity,and the flexible switching of power supply mode can be realized.Taking a pilot city as an example,a practical application experiment is designed.The experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively reduce the power loss during the power supply mode switching and reduce the economic loss of the power supply service enterprises.
