摘 要:为提高电网运行的稳定性,面向工商业用电用户,研究了一种储能系统容量规划方法。采用聚类分析方法对工商业用户的用电特征进行辨识,根据储能系统的供电模式构建储能系统容量规划的目标,并在主、备用电池容量规划的约束条件下优化目标,根据计算的目标结果得到最优容量规划方案。为检测模型的容量规划效果,根据某地工商业用户群体的日负荷特征进行了仿真实验,结果显示,容量规划后,实验组峰谷之间的差值比对照组高31.93%,表明所设计的储能系统容量规划方法优化程度更显著,提高了储存电能的利用效率以及工商业用户的用电经济性。In order to improve the stability of power grid operation,a capacity planning method of energy storage system is studied for industrial and commercial users.The cluster analysis method is used to identify the power consumption characteristics of industrial and commercial users.According to the power supply mode of energy storage system,the objective function of capacity planning of energy storage system is constructed,and the objective function is optimized under the constraints of capacity planning of main and standby batteries.According to the calculated objective function results,the optimal capacity planning scheme is obtained.In order to test the capacity planning effect of the model,according to the daily load characteristics of some industrial and commercial users,a simulation experiment was conducted.The results show that after capacity planning,the difference between peaks and valleys in the experimental group is 31.93%higher than that in the control group.It shows that the optimization degree of the capacity planning method of energy storage system designed in this paper is more remarkable,which improves the utilization efficiency of stored electric energy and the electricity economy of industrial and commercial users.
