摘　　要：传统系统评估结果与实际参考值存在误差。为此,提出基于Web的电子商务交易平台知识产权价值评估系统。获取知识产权评估领域相关文献,建立Web数据库,输出语义信息得到评估指标,根据指标权重确定纠偏系数,利用收益法获取评估初值,与纠偏系数相乘,得到最终评估结果。进行对比实验,对3D技术进行价值评估,相比传统系统本系统评估指标精度高,评估结果与实际参考值更为贴近,且减小了评估值的波动区间。The traditional system exists to the error between the evaluation result and the actual reference value. Therefore, a web-based intellectual property value evaluation system for e-commerce trading platform is proposed. It obtains the relevant literature in the field of intellectual property evaluation, establishes a web database, outputs semantic information to get the evaluation index, determines the correction coefficient according to the index weight, uses the income method to obtain the initial value of the evaluation, and multiplies it with the correction coefficient to get the final evaluation result. Comprative experiments are carried out to evaluate the value of 3D technology. Compared with the traditional system, this design system improves the accuracy of the evaluation index, the evaluation results are closer to the actual reference value, and the fluctuation range of the evaluation value is reduced.
