摘　　要：针对系统负载过大,运行效率降低的问题,在信息化背景下,设计医院财务部门预算编审管理系统。基于B/S架构搭建系统数据输入层、数据处理层和数据输出层等三层体系架构。在当前预算编审管理系统基础数据库的基础上,通过计算活跃因子重新配置其存储结构,实现分布式存储。系统测试证明,不同负载率下,本系统运行所产生的能耗量较低,系统反应时间更短,运行效率更快,解决了当前管理系统存在的问题。The current budget editing and reviewing management system is overloaded, resulting in reduced operating efficiency. In response to the above problems, in the context of informatization, a budget editing and reviewing management system for the hospital financial department was designed. Based on the B/S architecture, a three-tier system architecture of the system data input layer, data processing layer and data output layer is built. On the basis of the basic database of the current budget editing management system,the storage structure is reconfigured by calculating the active factor to realize distributed storage. The system test proved that under different load rates, the energy consumption generated by the operation of the system is lower, the system response time is shorter, and the operation efficiency is faster, which solves the problems existing in the current management system.
