摘 要:为了研究Ⅰ群4型禽腺病毒蛋黄抗体中和效价与攻毒保护的相关性,取3批实验室试制抗体,分别通过预防试验和紧急预防试验模型进行抗体中和效价与靶动物攻毒保护力相关性试验。预防试验:21日龄SPF鸡经颈背部皮下注射中和效价分别为1:64、1:128、1:256的蛋黄抗体,每只0.5 mL,168 h后接种Ⅰ群4型禽腺病毒检验用强毒,观察10日。紧急预防试验:先给21日龄SPF鸡接种Ⅰ群4型禽腺病毒检验用强毒,36 h后经颈背部皮下注射不同中和效价的抗体,每只0.5 mL,观察10日。结果表明:当中和效价为1:128时,攻毒保护率均达到80%以上;当中和效价为1:256时,攻毒保护率均达到90%以上。故本研究结果表明,抗体效价不低于1:128时可有效抵御Ⅰ群4型禽腺病毒的攻击。In order to study the correlation between the neutralizing titer of egg yolk antibody of group Ⅰ and type 4 avian adenovirus and the attack protection, three batches of laboratory trial-produced antibodies were taken, and the correlation test between the neutralizing titer of antibody and the attack protection of target animals was carried out through the prevention test and emergency prevention test models respectively. Prevention test: 21-day-old SPF chickens were subcutaneously injected with egg yolk antibodies with neutralizing titers of 1:64, 1:128 and 1:256 in the neck and back, 0.5 mL each. After 168 hours, they were inoculated with group Ⅰ type 4 avian adenovirus test virus, and observed for 10 days. Emergency prevention test: the 21-dayold SPF chickens were first inoculated with the stronGVIrus for group Ⅰ type 4 avian adenovirus test, and then injected with different neutralizing titers of antibodies subcutaneously through the neck and back for 36 hours, each with 0.5 mL, and observed for 10 days. The results showed that when the median and potency were 1:128, the protection rate of attack reached more than 80%;When the median and potency were 1:256, the protection rate of attack reached more than 90%.Therefore, the results of this study show that when the antibody titer is not less than 1:128, it can effectively resist the attack of group Ⅰ 4 avian adenovirus.
