摘　　要：目的:探讨负性生活事件对大学新生抑郁的影响机制。方法:使用青少年自评负性生活事件量表、自我厌恶量表、自尊量表和抑郁自评量表对896名大学新生进行调查。结果:相关分析结果显示,负性生活事件、自我厌恶、抑郁两两之间均存在显著正相关,自尊与负性生活事件、自我厌恶、抑郁均显著负相关;链式中介作用分析表明,负性生活事件对抑郁的直接效应显著,自我厌恶、自尊以及自我厌恶—自尊在负性生活事件和抑郁之间的中介和链式中介作用均显著。结论:负性生活事件既可以直接影响其抑郁水平,也可以通过自我厌恶、自尊的独立中介效应以及自我厌恶—自尊的链式中介效应间接影响。Objective:To explore how life events affect depression in college freshmen.Methods:A total of 904 college freshmen from two universities in Hunan were surveyed using ASLEC,SDS-C,SES and SDS.Results:Correlation analysis showed that college freshmen’s life events,self-disgust,and depression were significantly and positively correlated with each other,self-esteem was significantly and negatively correlated with life events,self-disgust,and depression.A chain mediating effect analysis showed that the direct effect of college freshmen’s life events on depression was significant,and the mediating effect of self-esteem,self-disgust and the chain mediating effect of“self-esteem-self-disgust”on life events and depression were also significant.Conclusion:College freshmen’s life events influences depression not only directly,but also through the indirect path of self-esteem,self-disgust and the chain mediating path of self-esteem and self-disgust.
