摘  要:目的:探讨社会责任感在大学生情绪智力与实践能力关系中的中介作用,以及心理韧性的调节作用。方法:采用学生情绪智力量表、社会责任感量表、学生实践能力量表和心理韧性量表对898名珠三角地区高校的大学生进行问卷调查。结果:(1)情绪智力与实践能力呈显著正相关(r=0.859,P<0.01),情绪智力与社会责任感呈显著正相关(r=0.739,P<0.01),社会责任感与实践能力呈显著正相关(r=0.783,P<0.01);(2)社会责任感在情绪智力和实践能力之间起中介作用(β=0.584,P<0.001);(3)心理韧性对情绪智力与实践能力的间接关联具有显著的调节作用(β=0.393,0.588;P<0.01)。对调节作用进一步分析表明,心理韧性水平高的大学生的情绪智力对社会责任感具有更加显著的正向预测作用(β=0.634,P<0.05)。结论:大学生的情绪智力不仅能正向影响其实践能力,还能通过社会责任感对其产生间接影响,同时大学生的心理韧性对情绪智力的影响具有调节作用。Objective:To explore the mediating effect of social responsibility on the relationship between emotional intelligence and practical ability of college students, and the moderating effect of mental toughness.Methods:A total of 898 college students in the Pearl River Delta were investigated by using the emotional intelligence scale, social responsibility scale, practical ability scale and mental toughness scale.Results:(1)There was a significantly positive correlation between emotional intelligence and practical ability(r=0.859,P<0.01),between emotional intelligence and social responsibility(r=0.739,P<0.01),and between social responsibility and practical ability(r=0.783,P<0.01);(2)Social responsibility played an intermediary role between emotional intelligence and practical ability(β=0.584,P<0.001);(3)Mental toughness had a significant moderating effect on the indirect relationship between emotional intelligence and practical ability(β=0.393,0.588;P<0.01).Further analysis of the regulatory effect showed that the emotional intelligence of college students with high level of psychological resilience had a more significant positive predictive effect on the sense of social responsibility(β=0.634,P<0.05).Conclusion:College students’ emotional intelligence can not only positively affect their practical ability, but also indirectly affect them through social responsibility, and college students’ mental toughness has a moderating effect on their emotional intelligence.
