摘 要:为了确定水平荷载在多层冷弯薄壁型钢结构住宅中的分配关系,基于冷弯薄壁型钢组合墙体和组合楼盖的试验研究成果,将组合墙体计算模型中上导轨简化为桁架单元,墙架柱简化为梁单元,覆面板等效为非线性对角弹簧,将组合楼盖计算模型中楼盖梁简化为桁架单元,面内剪切刚度由非线性对角弹簧的刚度确定,以达到合理简化组合墙体和组合楼盖计算模型的目的。采用ABAQUS有限元软件建立4层双跨冷弯薄壁型钢结构住宅模型,模拟分析水平荷载通过冷弯薄壁型钢组合楼盖传递至冷弯薄壁型钢组合墙体的分配关系,并通过6层足尺冷弯薄壁型钢结构房屋振动台试验,验证楼盖刚性和水平荷载分配关系的判定方法。研究表明:组合墙体和组合楼盖简化计算模型能较好地模拟冷弯薄壁型钢墙体和楼盖全过程的受力性能,与试验结果的误差小于20%,模型可用于简化分析组合墙体的受剪性能以及组合楼盖的面内受力性能;多层冷弯薄壁型钢结构住宅中采用的压型钢板上覆不同材料的组合楼盖型式均为刚性楼盖,水平荷载按剪力墙等效刚度的比例分配。In order to obtain the distribution of horizontal load in multi-storey cold-formed thin-walled steel residential buildings,the upper track and side stud in the composite wall calculation model are set as truss element and beam element,respectively.This modelling approach is based on the experimental results of cold-formed thin-walled steel composite walls and composite floors.Moreover,the cladding panel is equivalent to nonlinear diagonal springs.In the composite floor calculation model,the floor joist is set as truss element and the in-plane shear stiffness is determined by the stiffness of nonlinear diagonal springs,so as to reasonably simplify the composite wall and composite floor calculation model.Finite element software ABAQUS was adopted to establish the double-span four-storey cold-formed thin-walled steel structure buildings,to simulate the distribution of horizontal load from cold-formed thin-walled steel composite floor to composite walls.Based on a shaking table test of a six-storey full scale cold-formed thin-walled steel structure building,the method for determination of floor rigidity and horizontal load distribution was verified.The results show that the simplified calculation model of composite wall and composite floor can adequately simulate the whole-process mechanical properties of the test specimens,and the error is less than 20%.The model can simplify the analysis of the shear properties of composite wall and in-plane mechanical properties of the composite floor.The composite floor with different materials on the profiled steel sheet used in multi-storey cold-formed thin-walled steel residential buildings are all deemed as rigid floor,and the horizontal load is distributed according to the proportion of the equivalent stiffness of the shear wall.
