摘 要:为研究悬臂掘进机在铁路隧道施工中的适用性及应用效果,选择大瑞铁路秀岭隧道进口平行导洞作为试验段,开展悬臂掘进机施工试验研究。通过收集、分析试验段施工情况及监控量测数据,确定了在Ⅳ级围岩中悬臂掘进机施工的合理循环进尺及工序卡控时间,研究成果表明悬臂掘进机法在铁路隧道施工中不受断面小的影响,还能提高围岩的自稳能力,且超欠挖控制与开挖轮廓成型效果都较好。而与传统钻爆法施工相比,悬臂掘进机法施工具有减弱支护措施,节省工程量,提高施工进度等优势。In order to study the applicability and effect of cantilever roadheader in railway tunnel construction, the parallel guide tunnel at the entrance of Xiuling Tunnel of Dali-Ruili Railway was selected as the test section to carry out the construction test research of cantilever roadheader. Through the summary of the construction situation of the test section and the analysis of the monitoring and measuring data, the reasonable advance per round and working procedure control time of cantilever roadheader construction in Ⅳ Grade surrounding rock are confirmed. The research results show that the cantilever roadheader method, in the construction of railway tunnel, is not affected by the small cross section, and can also improve the self-stability of surrounding rock, and the effect of over-under excavation control and contour forming is better. Compared with the traditional drilling and blasting method, the cantilever roadheader method has the advantages of weakening the support measures, saving the engineering quantity and improving the construction progress.
