摘  要:以九绵高速梅家沟软岩隧道为工程背景,对隧道围岩变形监测方案与预警分析进行了优化,增设了隧道围岩的单点三维变形量测,并研制了相应的监测元件,提出了监控数据可靠度的分析方法,并对围岩支护对策进行了优化,提出了该工况下相应的支护参数,并基于数值模拟和现场试验段监测,验证了优化方案的可行性,对于工程顺利施工,保障施工进度提供了技术保障和数据支撑。Taking Meijiagou soft rock tunnel of Jiumian expressway as the engineering background, the deformation monitoring scheme and early warning analysis of tunnel surrounding rock are optimized, the single point three-dimensional deformation measurement of tunnel surrounding rock is added, the corresponding monitoring elements are developed, and the analysis method of monitoring data reliability is put forward, which effectively guides the on-site construction and design ideas, the surrounding rock support countermeasures are optimized, and the corresponding support parameters of different processes are proposed. Based on numerical simulation and field test section monitoring, the feasibility of the optimization scheme is verified, which provides technical guarantee and data support for the smooth construction of the project and ensuring the construction progress.
