摘  要:为了克服传统一维水动力学模型在模拟平原河网地区溃坝洪水中的不足,准确模拟洪水漫溢堤防后泛洪区溃坝洪水演进过程,建立了平原河网地区水库溃坝洪水计算的一维-二维耦合模型。以江西省柘林水库为例,计算了水库不同工况下的溃坝洪水及其在下游洪泛区的演进过程,分析了溃坝洪水的淹没风险。结果表明:柘林水库遭遇可能最大洪水漫顶溃决和管涌渗透破坏溃决工况,坝址洪峰流量分别为87000 m^(3)/s和46000 m^(3)/s;修河干流柘林坝址至虬津河段两侧有山头控制,溃坝洪水可被约束在狭窄的山谷内,水位涨幅较大;虬津以下为开阔的滨湖平原,水位涨幅下降明显。研究成果可为平原河网地区溃决洪水计算提供借鉴,并为柘林水利枢纽工程突发溃坝事件应急处置提供技术支撑。To mitigate the shortcomings of traditional one-dimensional hydrodynamic model in simulating dam break flood in plain river network area,and to accurately simulate dam break flood with flood overtopping,an 1D-2D coupled hydrodynamic model is proposed.Taking Zhelin Reservoir in Jiangxi Province as an example,the transition of dam break flood in the downstream floodplain under different scenarios are calculated,and the inundation risk of dam break flood are analyzed.The results have shown that the peak discharges of the dam break flood under overtopping breach failure and piping seepage failure are 87000 m^(3)/s and 46000 m^(3)/s,respectively.Due to the fact that the river reach between Zhelin Dam and Qiujin section is restrained by the mountains on both sides of the river bank,the dam break flood can be confined in the narrow river valley,resulting in a drastic increase of water level.The lower reach of Qiujin is floodplain area,the water level has remarkable decrease in growth.The research offers reference for the simulations of dam break flood in plain river network area,and provides technical support for the emergency disposal of sudden dam break incident of Zhelin Hydro Project.
