摘  要:强化水资源管理监管是新发展阶段下推动水资源管理工作的重要抓手。在分析近年来江西省水资源强监管工作、最严格水资源管理制度考核和水资源管理监督检查情况等现状基础上,从制度建设、重点任务、工作机制和实施保障等方面对水资源强监管工作提出了措施建议。结合水资源强监管的要求,研究制定了江西省水资源强监管总体思路和流程要求。研究成果有助于推动江西省水资源规范化和精细化管理、提升水资源管理能力和水平。Strengthening water resources management supervision is an important starting point for promoting water resource management in the new development stage.On the basis of analyzing the current situation of the strong supervision system of water resources in Jiangxi Province, the most stringent water resources management system assessment and water resources management supervision and inspection in recent years, some suggestions and measures were put forward for the strong supervision system of water resources from the aspects of formulation and construction, key tasks, working mechanism and implementation guarantee.Combined with the requirements of strong supervision system of water resources, the overall thinking and process requirements for strong supervision system of water resources in Jiangxi Province have been studied and formulated.The research results can contribute to the promotion for the standardized and refined management of water resources in Jiangxi Province, and the improvement for the ability and level of water resources management.
