摘　　要：安全播出是广播电视媒体机构的生命线。随着广播电视信息化及数据量剧增,对播出系统的安全性、稳定性和可靠性提出了更高的要求。文章以淮安市广播电视台融媒播总控平台项目建设为例,阐述异构冗余的概念及冗余容错相关技术,并对异构冗余电视播出系统的设计进行探讨,旨在通过设计异构冗余架构来缩短播出系统故障时间,确保电视播出系统稳定可靠运行。Safe broadcasting is the lifeline of radio and television media organizations.With the dramatic increase of radio and TV informatization and data volume,the security,stability and reliability of the broadcasting system have put forward higher requirements.The article takes the construction of Huai’an Radio and Television Station’s integrated media broadcast master control platform project as an example,explains the concept of heterogeneous redundancy and redundancy fault-tolerant related technologies,and discusses the design of heterogeneous redundant TV broadcast system,aiming to shorten the broadcast system failure time and ensure the stable and reliable operation of TV broadcast system by designing heterogeneous redundant architecture.
