响应曲面法优化电阻触头烧结工艺参数的研究

摘  要:电阻触头是高压断路器的关键零件,是控制并联合闸电阻接入、退出线路的执行元件。电阻率作为电阻触头最重要的性能参数,受到生产过程中多个烧结工艺参数的影响。采用响应曲面法,以烧结温度、推舟速度、水套冷却温度为主要工艺参数,研究了不同烧结工艺参数组合对电阻触头电阻率的影响。通过开展针对以上工艺参数的正交旋转组合试验,利用Design-expert软件的回归分析方法和响应曲面分析法,绘制了三因素两两交互影响的函数图像,获得了电阻触头最优烧结参数。根据最优工艺参数对模型的验证,表明烧结温度为1280℃~1290℃、推舟速度为170 min/舟~185 min/舟、水套冷却温度为52℃~58℃时,实际值与预测值接近,证实所获得的模型可以准确预测电阻触头的电阻率。The resistance contact is a key component of the high-voltage circuit breaker, and is the actuating element that controls and unites the gate resistance access and exit lines. Resistivity is the most important performance parameter of resistive contacts and is influenced by several sintering parameters during the production process. In this paper, the effect of different combinations of sintering parameters on the resistivity of resistive contacts is investigated using the response surface method with sintering temperature,pushing boat speed and water jacket cooling temperature as the main process parameters. By conducting the orthogonal rotation combination test for the above process parameters, the regression analysis method and the response surface analysis method of the Design-expert software were employed to draw the functional image of the two-two interaction of three factors, and the optimal sintering parameters of the resistance contacts were obtained. The validation of the model based on the optimal process parameters showed that the actual values were close to the predicted values when the sintering temperature was 1280 ℃~1290 ℃,the pushing speed was 170 min/boat~185 min/boat, and the water jacket cooling temperature was 52 ℃ ~58 ℃, which confirmed that the obtained model could be used to accurately predict the resistivity of resistance contacts.
