摘 要:针对传统起重机卷筒结构优化分析过程繁琐、重复性工作量大的问题,建立了起重机卷筒的APDL参数化模型。对该模型进行有限元分析,利用零阶优化算法对起重机卷筒壁厚进行优化。利用VS对ANSYS进行二次开发建立起重机卷筒优化设计系统,对起重机卷筒进行有限元分析及优化。结果表明,该系统可快速对起重机卷筒进行有限元分析优化,提高了工作效率,减轻了工作强度。Aiming at the tedious and repetitive analysis process of traditional crane drum structure optimization,APDL parametric model of crane drum is established to ensure the rapid and efficient optimization analysis process.Through the finite element analysis of the model,the zero-order optimization algorithm is used to optimize the wall thickness of the crane drum.Based on APDL language,VS and ANSYS are linked to build an optimization system of crane drum.The operation interface of ANSYS secondary development is made by VS,and the secondary development system is called to carry out finite element analysis and optimization of the crane drum.The results show that the system is conducive to the convenient and rapid finite element analysis and optimization of the crane drum,improves the work efficiency,reduces the work intensity,and has great application value in engineering practice.
